Last night’s PT engagement was a short, 1.5 mile hump. The caveat thought is that I did it barefoot with two kids on my back and a pack load of 30lbs, up and down some good livin’ hills, and at as quick of a pace I could keep without making the 1 year old puke post-calorie consumption.
Good stuff. I was curious to see what I could do and how nimble I would be with that kind of load out. Need to extend that to 6 or so miles and measure results.
