Weekend Radar

Going to be fairly warm down here in Atlanta.

I plan on getting in a few mountain biking miles with my oldest and maybe some trail time practicing bushcraft like skills. There is PT in everything this time of year in the south. It becomes an endurance challenge for simple excursions – especially with little girls.

Look out for Greece & Spain before Sunday is out. It won’t be the end of the EU or Euro, but more of a weather vane of the next two quarters.

I had thought about commenting on yesterday’s amnesty announcement, and then I read this here at the Belmont Club via CA. Like CA says, the comments are indeed priceless. Though, this latest vote buying move may be for naught if Vox’s prediction comes true. I’m not sure if I buy that. There doesn’t seem to be enough momentum in the political sphere to accomplish something so drastic this close to the election. I do however, personally believe, that despite anything the republicans (in name only) throw out there, President Urkle will be reelected despite actual vote count…

The Opening Stages of Global Conflict

Great title eh? In lieu of actual content today, here’s something worth your time. Via Kerodin:

The situation is becoming, in the minds of the average Greek, Us versus Them…as such matters always devolve when push comes to shove. People fall back to Tribe.

The Greek national Police Union is now threatening to arrest IMF and EU officials for blackmail and other crimes against the Greek people.

Good on the Greeks.

I have respect for any people, even people I must put in the category of Enemies, who have FU in their DNA. (I do not consider the Greeks enemies, at all. They are Socialists, but the Banksters knew that when they loaned the money…)

We are watching the opening days of our next global war, folks.

Original Zerohedge here:

In a letter obtained by Reuters on Friday, the Federation of Greek Police accused the officials of “…blackmail, covertly abolishing or eroding democracy and national sovereignty” and said one target of its warrants would be the IMF’s top official for Greece, Poul Thomsen.

The threat is largely symbolic since legal experts say a judge must first authorize such warrants, but it shows the depth of anger against foreign lenders who have demanded drastic wage and pension cuts in exchange for funds to keep Greece afloat.

The bankers want their pound of flesh with interest. No bankruptcy for you! Indebted servitude for eternity! Cue maniacal laughter.

I say they show ’em Iceland Part II -The Sequel.

Denninger Sends

Second half kaboom!

Could the be the catalyst we are looking for. Maybe not though. Brinkmanship on a global level is the order of the day. Might just be another fizzle, though Karl has been on target lately.

*Original content has been lacking. Apologies. Day gig is still in an interesting transition. I have another survival post in the works. Hopefully sometime this week.

As we watch the Other Hand

You know, the same kind of stuff happened with the first Gulf War, only then we were dependent on the big three American propaganda agencies to tell us how swell it would be.

Three (see three) carrier battle groups to the Persian Gulf.

Rapid petro shock would doom the EU at this point. They will either come together as a unified entity, or fail and dissolve into what they were prior to the formation of the union. Either way, those are favorable conditions for mass conflict. History always has a tendency to come back and smack you in the mouth just when you think, “Oh hey, we got the right people this time. There won’t be genocidal war. Humanity has grown up now. See!”.

Uh huh. I buy that.

On the creation of a dictatorship…

If you are waiting for a collapse, you’re too late. It’s going on right now in front of your eyes.

If you have ever wondered what a fledgling dictatorship looks like from a present perspective, you have only to look to the EU and recent events:

This should come as no surprise to those who understand the dictatorial machinations of the EU. Countries such as Ireland and Denmark were allowed referendums, but when they refused to accept the EU’s vision of a Utopian Socialist future, they were alternately threatened and bribed until they eventually complied with the wishes of the unelected EU Commissioners.

Unelected “officials” drunk with power. The people voted one way, the banking interests pushed them aside and continued on their path of destruction. Sounds like TARP doesn’t it?

The wholesale slaughter of Western European culture continues unabated:

Why does the EU wish to import these racially and culturally foreign people? The answer is very simple: divide and rule, break down the community and smash the nation state. The Russians did this after they annexed the Baltic States during WWII, when huge numbers of Russians were exported to the conquered territories in an attempt to dilute and “de-nationalise” the native populations, thereby easing Soviet control.

The other reason for swamping racially and culturally cohesive countries with massed foreign people who have no intention of adopting British values is equally simple. Our rulers tell us they bring “diversity” but that is a lie. Local police chiefs talk of “nerve jangling” friction in multicultural areas which leads to ever-greater government control to keep the lid on the simmering factions. The more divisiveness, or multiculturalism, the more power to the Socialist elites — just as was planned.

Control is what it is all about. Over the last few days we learned that the EU wants the financial City of London to fall further under EU governance, with additional pressure being applied on Britain to join the calamitous Euro. Another EU diktat currently going through legislation proposes all new businesses must provide a surety of twenty-five thousand Euros. Why? Because it is far easier to control a thousand companies of a reasonable size than ten thousand smaller ones, no matter the economic destruction this will cause.

Much the same is happening here in the states. The cost of labor is being lowered drastically in favor of globalization. Power is radically shifting into territories once occupied by Stalinist Russia and Maoist China:

We are watching a genuine dictatorship in the making. These people have no regard for democracy, and their Socialist ideology is simply a softer version of the Communist ideology that murdered over 100 million people over the last century, whilst simultaneously destroying the economies and societies of the nations it infected. The most powerful man in Europe is Commission President Barroso, an ex-Maoist with no apparent regrets, and even now his apparatchiks talk of the new powers appropriated on the back of the economic disaster as a “Great Leap Forward.” During the Chinese “leap”, of course, Chairman Mao murdered some 45 million of his own people.

Make no mistake. The state is the number one killer of humans and has been since the beginning of time.
